I had a difficult time placing these words to paper.  It was more so difficult to share them after they had been expressed.  If I could have reflected upon an easier time in life, I absolutely would have chosen that path instead.  There has been no resolution to the finality of my essay.  My pending potential relationship with my absent father carries no urgency.  I am grateful for all I have now, and I admit that I struggle to fight for what has been lost to time.  Without stating more, this is a short story of my limited time in my father's care...
